About me
I’m Kris, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who helps women finally make exercise enjoyable and sustainable.
I’ve worked with people of all levels who’ve struggled to stick with fitness, and I’ll make sure you feel comfortable from day one
Nope! All fitness levels are welcome. Every exercise can be scaled up or down depending on your ability.
An exercise mat and a water bottle. Dress for the weather (layers, rain jacket) That’s it.
If it’s just light rain, we go ahead. If the weather is unsafe (storms, heavy rain), I’ll let you know in advance and we’ll reschedule.
Each session is 45 minutes — short, effective, and easy to fit into your day.
I keep them small so everyone gets attention (and no one gets left behind).
Always let me know at least 24 hours before class. I’ll help you adapt the workout so you can still move safely.
Both options are available. Many people choose a block because it keeps them consistent and saves them money, but drop-ins are welcome too.
