A big part of why I do what I do is because of family and friends who never prioritized their health and nutrition. Watching them struggle over the years has been difficult and heartbreaking, and it’s made me realize just how important it is to take care of ourselves now so that we can live a vibrant, healthy life for years to come. It’s never too late to start, and I’m here to support you every step of the way—your body will thank you for it.
